Government services available from PDI include General Services Administration (GSA) Life Safety Evaluations and Department of Defense life safety, sprinkler, fire alarm and mass notification design. PDI also serves as the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for government agencies and municipalities, working with cities, agencies, school systems, and universities.

GSA Pre-Lease Fire Protection and Life Safety Evaluation
We will conduct a fire protection and life safety review in accordance with the GSA requirements for Pre-Lease spaces for Government tenant spaces located in the building. This review will be conducted by an licensed fire protection engineer and will be based on an inspection and review of available drawings and the most recent test reports of all the fire protection systems for the building. As a part of this process, we will complete the GSA provided Pre-Lease Exhibit forms and prepare a list of discrepancies and recommended corrections in letter form for your use. PDI will also prepare the office building profile, Part B, of the GSA Pre-Lease submittal.
